MUDSLIDE - EMERGENCY - From top of empty lot 661 MacArthur Blvd over exterior steps of 655 MacArthur down across sidewalk to street This is privately loaned empty lot Am trying to notify owner - do not know who that is Pipe in photo may be part of sewer main or laterals of homes above Don't know Reported as sidewalk/curb/gutter damage but this is not the problem - no category for mudslide
